IMPORTANT UPDATE: Cancellation Policy change An update to the cancellation policy is as follows: 48 hours notice for a cancellation is required as of April 10, 2026. If a cancellation or rescheduling request is made with less than 48 hours’ notice, a fee will be charged. For the first occurrence, the fee will be half of the session fee. For any subsequent occurrences, the fee will be equal to the full session rate. This adjustment is being made to allow me to efficiently accommodate all clients and manage appointment schedules. Moving forward, clients will need to provide a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellations or requests to reschedule. I recognize that unexpected situations can arise, and I appreciate your understanding and cooperation with these new guidelines. Should you have any questions or concerns regarding this policy update, please contact me directly via email or at your next session. Thank you for being a valued part of this practice, I am truly grateful for the opportunity to support you in your care.
