Combined with a client focused, trauma informed approach, I have extensive training in Narrative therapy, Brief solutions, psychotherapy, CBT, DBT, IFS, self compassion, mindfulness, meditation, acceptance; suicide assessment and crisis intervention. Treating addiction and problematic substance use (harm reduction approach), injury and illness, depression and anxiety, ADHD, life transitions as well as weight, eating and body image issues.
